The treaty that suggests the ratifying of the bill (Re.№0089) limits the conditions, the general procedure and the organization of the transit transportation of the military load and personnel of the German party by the rail and air transport through the territory of Ukraine.
It was stressed during the meeting of the Committee that the ratifying of the indicated Treaty will provide the proper implementation of the Ukrainian duties regarding the international organizations, UNO in particular and also will have the positive impact on the development of the partnership between Ukraine and other countries that support the stabilization of the situation in Afghanistan. The treaty will also will have positive impact on the relations between Ukraine and FRG on the long-termed conditions.
